Biography

My research focus is the cancer phylogenetics. I develop computational methods to infer clones and the evolutionary history of cancer genomes, based on evolutionary theories and phylogenetic approaches. These methods are expected to be employed for cancer exome/genome sequencing data obtained from a single patient.
