Biography
Dr. David Brookstein is Professor of Instruction in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and has 13 U.S. patents.
• Doctor of Science degree in the field of mechanical engineering from MIT (1976) - minor from the MIT Sloan School of Management
• M.S. in Textile Technology from MIT (1973)
• Bachelor of Textile Engineering from Georgia Tech (1971)
